Aji Yellow-(SOLD OUT) C. baccatum, 100 or more days. Peruvian chile. Picked green, can be fairly mild, but is very hot if allowed to mature. Chiles are 4" long, by 3/4" wide. Used in meat dishes, hot sauce, and pickled. Fruity flavor, with berry overtones.
Anaheim-C. annuum, 90 days. 7" long, by 1.5" wide, New Mexican pod type. Use green, or wait till they mature to red. Flavor may vary from mild to medium. Used for chile rellenos, stews, and sauces. Sweet, earthy flavor.
Ancho Mexican Large-(SOLD OUT) C. annuum, 90 days. 4-5" long, by 2-3" wide. Also called poblano and pasilla. Large, triangular shaped, fairly hot pods used for stuffing, chiles con crema, moles. Use fresh or dried.
Assam-C. frutescens, 90-100 days. From India. 3-6" long, by 3/4" across. Thin walled, and turn from green to orange/red, extremely hot!!!
Azr-C. frutescens. From India. 3" long, by 1/2" across. Very hot. The purple pods, which turn red are used in many hot Indian dishes.
Bangalore Torpedo-C. frutescens. From India. 90-100 days. Long, narrow, about 4-5" long, by 1/2" wide, fairly hot pods. The peppers turn from lime-green to red, when mature.
Black Cuban-C. annuum. 120 days. Good yields of 1" long hot peppers, which turn from a dark, purple-black, to red when mature. From Cuba.
Caloro (Yellow Jalapeno)-C. annuum. 90-100 days. 3" long, by 1 1/2" across, with conical shape. Golden pods which turn orange/red when fully ripe. A good, medium to medium hot flavor. High yields, disease resistant. Excellent fresh, or for pickling.
Cayenne French-C. frutescens. 90 days. Thick fleshed. 4" long, by 1/2" across. Good yields of hot peppers turning from green to red when mature. From France.
Cayenne Long Slim-C. frutescens. 75 days. Heavy producer of very hot, 3" long, by 1/2" wide peppers, which turn from green to red when mature. A very popular chile to use in salsas, all around seasoning, and powdering. From the USA.
Cobra-C. frutescens. 90-100 days. A chile from India with long, hot, snake-like red pods. The chiles are 1/2" across and 5-6" long. Good yields.
De Arbol-C annuum. 90-100 days. Also called Tree Chile. Pods are hot, 2 1/2 to 3" long, by 1/2" across. Produces good yields, and chiles turn from green to red when mature. From Mexico.
Dhanraj-C. frutescens. 90-100 days. Good yields of 2 1/2" long, by 1/2" wide, very hot peppers. The peppers grow upright in clusters, and go from green, to orange, to red. The shape, and heat, can vary from pepper to pepper. From India.
Fresno (SOLD OUT)-C. annuum. 90-100 days. A juicy, thick-fleshed hot pepper, turning from green to red when mature. 2-3" long, by 1" wide. Excellent for roasting, pickling, and salsa making. From the USA.
Guajillo (SOLD OUT)-Capsicum annuum. 90 days. A hot, large-podded chile, with fruits 4" long, by 1" wide. A good yielder of chiles which turn from green, to an orange/red/brown color when mature. Guajillo means little gourd due to the sound of the seeds rattling in the dried chiles. It's very good for drying, salsas, sauces, and moles. From Mexico.
Habanero Chocolate Brown-(SOLD OUT) C. chinense. 100 days. 2" long, heart-shaped, wrinkled peppers, with a fruity, rich flavor. A very rare pepper from the Caribbean area.

Habanero Orange-C. chinense. 100 days. Good yields of 1 1/2" by 1 1/2" very hot peppers, turning from a lime green to bright orange. They have a fruity, apricot flavor.
HungarianYellow Wax-C. annuum. 65 days. Plant produces heavy yields of 5" long, by 1" wide banana shaped hot peppers. Peppers turn from green, to yellow, to red when mature. Plant has green stems, green leaves, and white flowers. Excellent for pickling, frying, or stuffing. From the USA.

Indian PC-1-C. frutescens. 90 days. Said to be one of the world's hottest peppers, from India. The plant bears orange-red peppers, 2" long by 1/2" wide, growing horizontally on the plant. This is India's hottest, cultivated pepper.

Jwala-C.frutescens.90-100 days. This is an old variety from Bengal, India. The fruits reach 6" long, by 3/4" wide. Peppers go from green to red, when mature, but are usually picked and eaten while green.

Madras (LCA 305)-C. frutescens.90 days. Plant produces good yields of 2 1/2" long, by 1/2" wide hot peppers. Hot peppers were coded by letters and numbers by British scientists, when the British ruled India, so LCA 305 is the Madras' 'code name'.

Merah-C. frutescens. 90 days. A very hot pepper, grown in Malaysia and China. It's 4" long, by 3/4" wide. Has an interesting spicy flavor, with pendant fruit.

Mexican Negro (SOLD OUT)-C. annuum. 90 days. A mildly hot pepper with rich flavor, from Mexico, which is also known as pasilla in parts of Mexico. The fruits are 6" long, by 1 1/2" wide. They turn from green to brown when mature.
