Most of the items we carry are agricultural products, many produced in small quantities and available only seasonally or sporadically at different times throughout the year. We may at times have some items out of stock. On rare occasions, we may take your order and then discover the product is not available for shipping. In this case we will notify you via e-mail and give you an idea of when the item will be back in stock. At that time we will also give you the option to wait for the order to come in or ship the rest of your order and fill your backorder at a different time. You will always have the option of canceling your order at any time. Sometimes when an item is out of stock, we may not get it back again until next year due to the variance of growing seasons throughout the world, and if the producer did not have a good crop, or is not growing it anymore, we may not get in it again at all. We suggest that if you are in love with  any of our products, you should stock up on them at the time they're available. Having said all that, 99% of the time, all of what you want to order will be ready to ship at the time you order, or very shortly thereafter.
